Agreement and licence
By downloading or using HeadKind, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple's Standard EULA governs the licence to the app and takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
What HeadKind does
HeadKind helps you record and organise information you enter about migraine episodes, view descriptive summaries, and create reports or archives. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding when and with whom to share it.
Not medical advice
HeadKind is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device or emergency service. It does not diagnose migraine, identify causes, predict attacks, recommend treatment or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical help because of information shown in HeadKind. For urgent symptoms, contact your local emergency service.
Free use and HeadKind Pro
HeadKind includes every feature for your first two completed migraine records. The allowance is tied to the device and is not restored when records or app data are deleted. Existing records, insights, reports, editing and exports remain available after the allowance is used.
An optional auto-renewable HeadKind Pro subscription unlocks unlimited new migraine tracking. Available plans, billing periods, prices and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can restore purchases or open Apple's subscription management from HeadKind Settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds and payment information.
Acceptable use
You may use HeadKind for personal, lawful purposes. You must not try to interfere with the app or its services, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, bypass subscription access controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep HeadKind reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep exported copies of records you cannot afford to lose; HeadKind does not provide cloud backup.
Intellectual property
HeadKind, its visual design, software, text and brand assets are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the app, not ownership of it.
Ending use
You may stop using HeadKind and delete the app at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription; manage cancellation through Apple. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
